===History=== Lambic brewer & blender, originally founded in Lembeek as a lambic brewery in 1860 by Louis Paul, and began bottling lambic in 1875. <br>In 1898, Pierre Troch took over, then in 1927, Joseph De Vits took it over following the economic crisis. [[Brouwerij Boon | Frank Boon]] purchased first brewing equipment and learned the trade from Réne De Vits when he retired in 1978.
