Den Herberg Oude Lambiek was the brewery’s first lambic which was , released on the market in 2018. It is an old unblended lambic, and hence does not have any carbonation. It is distributed in a bag-in-box of 5 liters(5L). The lambic is usually between 18 and 24 months when it is put for sale on the marketsold commercially. It is listed as at 6 % ABV.
