Cantillon Amarillo Lambic is a single barrel hopped lambic that was brewed in 2006 2005 and served on draft at the [[Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation]] and [http://gbbf.org.uk/ Great British Beer Festivals] in 2008.<ref name=RBCantillonAmarillo>Lambik Amarillo, http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/cantillon-lambik-amarillo/82296/</ref> It was hopped with 20kg of Amarillo hops at the end of the boil.
