==History==
Lambic blender, founded by Jozef De Vits in Lembeek, Belgium in 1927. Jozef De Vits was a local tavern owner and gueuze-blender. The brewery and warehouse buildings were purchased from Réne Troch following the economic crisis in 1927. This brewery was originally founded as a lambic brewery [[Brasserie_Hygiëna|(Brasserie Hygiëna)]] in 1860 by Louis Paul, which began bottling lambic in 1875. In 1898, Pierre Troch took over the brewery, which was later transferred to his son Réne Troch in 1919.  [[Brouwerij Boon | Frank Boon]] purchased his first brewing equipment from Réne De Vits and learned the trade from him when he retired in 1978. <ref name = DeVitsHist> History, R.
