Dave's first exposure to lambic was a Boon Marriage Parfait geuze Geuze in 2009. He thought people were crazy for liking things like that. It was only a couple months later after his first trip to Belgium that he was fully convertedand he's been passionate about lambic ever since. Dave's contributions to joined the lambic.info team in summer 2016 and his contributions focus on brewing process and historic production.
Dave's background is in chemistry and he works as a chemical oceanographer (ocean chemist).
