==About==
My first lambic experience was probably a Lindemans Framboise, but more memorably was Cantilon Fou Foune on draft at the Map Room, close to ten years ago.
Half of the bar turned in anticipation of a "sour beer face", but i'm sure it looked more like I was touched by a faith healer. That was my revelatory momentwith lambic.
More recently, after reading [[Books#LambicLand:_A_Journey_Round_the_Most_Unusual_Beers_in_the_World|LambicLand]] and [[Books#Geuze_.26_Kriek:_The_Secret_of_Lambic_Beer|Geuze & Kriek]], I wanted to know more about the unwritten history of lambicproducers,
and these books were the key inspiration for my research project on historical lambic breweries that followed.
Thanks to the authors for their tireless work and inspiration, and to everyone that has contributed to this project along the way.
