Bobbi Brewery is owned and operated by a group of friends who passionately brew high quality beer in Haut-Ittre with the barley they grow and harvest themselves.

History / Other Notes

Bobbi’s brewmaster is Kloris Devillé, son of Bart Devillé of the Den Herberg brewery in Buizingen. The equipment is located in Ittre (south of Brussels and Halle) where they own barley fields, though their lambic ages in oak barrels in the cellars of the Saint Géry Halls of Brussels. They have an environmental, socio-cultural and economic approach, striving to reduce their environmental footprint as much as possible. Bobbi Brewery supports locals with an organic market, as well as a cultural and artistic space.
