== Description ==
Tilquin Assemblage is a blend of lambic created and assembled by Pierre using lambic from Tilquin barrels that was brewed by a variety of producers. This differs from a [[Tilquin_Vieux_Lambic_(Draught/Cask)|Vieux Lambic]] as Assemblage is a blend of lambic from multiple producers. While Assemblage can include [[Tilquin_Jeune_Lambic_(Draught/Cask)|Jeune Lambic]], it is served flat, from a cask , and not bottled.
Tilquin receives wort from [[Brouwerij_Boon|Boon]], [[Brouwerij_Lindemans|Lindemans]], [[Brouwerij_Girardin|Girardin]], and [[Brasserie_Cantillon|Cantillon]] that can all be included in the Assemblage blend.
