= What is Lambic? =
<span style="background:#FFFF00"> 1-2 sentence summary </span>Lambic is a spontaneously fermented beer brewed in the Pajottenland region of Belgium. Lambic consists of a variety of styles; old and young, carbonated and flat, fruited and unfruited, and sweetened and unsweetened. It’s unique history, traditions, brewing and fermentation process makes it like no other beverage in the world.
