Cantillon J.F. Vonck was is a 2 year old lambic that was brewed in 1990 and bottled in 1992. No additional sugar was added for secondary fermentation. HoweverBrewed under Jean Pierre Van Roy, Cantillon determined that this beer carbonated more than expected for an straight 2 a two year old bottled lambicand called it a gueuze on the label. Because of Jean Van Roy, however, describes this, they called it beer as a Gueuzehybrid.
