Cantillon Lambidre Fermier de Bruxelles was a Sour Apple lambic produced in collaboration with Yvan De Baets of de la Senne
In 2015, Jean Van Roy discussed this beer in an interview on [http://www.thebrewingnetwork.com/category/shows/sourhour/ The Sour Hour (Basic Brewing Radio)] podcast, where he said "the beer was not so bad, but we gave to the beer a crazy name. So in cider, traditional cider in french, i I call it Cidre Fermier, so cider from the farm. And we gave the name to this beer, Lambidre Fermier. It was totally crazy.
