Description
During the 2006 Cantillon Open Brew Days, Jean Van Roy served a Jeune Lambic that was brewed with fresh Cascade hops[1]. There is no indication that this was ever bottled or that it was ever served at any festival or event outside of Cantillon. Very little else is known about this beer.
