Kriek Boon
Description
Boon Kriek is a filtered cherry lambic regularly released by Boon. It is available in 25cl capped bottles, as well as 37,5cl and 75cl corked and caged bottles. It is also available in 20L kegs. It is 4% ABV.
History / Other Notes
Boon Kriek is a blend of young and old lambic that has 25% black cherries by volume added when it is 6 months old. After a secondary fermentation it is filtered and bottled/kegged.[1]
