Description

Very little is known about this beer. It is briefly referenced on the two links provided below. The label reads that it is a gueuze, presumably bottled in 2004, to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Royal Union Saint-Gilloise football club's first Belgian league championship.

Unsubstantiated Stories

While it is believed that this original beer may have evolved into Cuvée Des Champions and ultimately Cuvée Saint Gilloise, this has not been confirmed. Additionally, if this is in that line of beers, they have changed dry hop profiles multiple times and the hops used in this original release is unknown.
