Description

Cantillon J.F. Vonck was a 2 year old lambic brewed in 1990 and bottled in 1992. No additional sugar was added for secondary fermentation. However, Cantillon determined that this beer carbonated more than expected for an straight 2 year old lambic. Because of this, they called it a Gueuze.

History / Other Notes

This beer was made to pay homage to Jean-François Vonck, a belgian revolutionary.
