Description

Boon Vat 108 bis Monoblend is a geuze blended from 90% old lambic from foeder #108 and 10% young lambic. It was released in 375ml bottles and is labeled as 8% ABV.

History / Other Notes

Label Notes:

Oude Geuze Vat 108 bis, the successor of the prizewinning Vat 108, was made with the very last filling of foeder #108. Strong, robus & balanced with a touch of volatile acidity. Brewed on April 27, 2016 and bottled on November 28, 2018.
