Spontaneously fermented beer, Cantilon Gueuze is composed of 100% lambic brewed from organically grown wheat and malted barley. A tart beer with an evolving taste, this beer can be stored in the cellar and served at cellar temperature. The glasses should be rinsed with clean water.

The bottle comes from a special cuvée, "P'tite Louise" and is composed of lambics brewed in 2005, maturing, and bottled in 2008; the year of the 150th anniversary of the Facultés Universitaires Saint-Louis.
