Description
Cantillon Pinot Meunier is a lambic blended with Pinot Meunier grape must provided by the Belgian winemaker RUFFUS. It was blended with approximatively 25-30% must and 70-75% 2-year-old lambic (in some grape blends 1-year-old lambic can be added, but Jean finds that using only 2-years-old can really push the grape forward in term of overall profile, especially on delicate grapes), aged together in a 200 L barrel. It was bottled in 750 mL format and listed as 6.5% ABV.
History / Other Notes
RUFFUS also provided grape must for the 2018 Cantillon Chardonnay.
