Description

In September 2010, Boon kegged thirty 30-liter kegs of Oude Lambiek from Cask 65. Cask 65 was a Calvados foeder that had only been used to age lambic once before. Kegs have been served at the Mikkeller Bar in Denmark, Mikkeller and Friends in Denmark, Øl & Brød in Denmark, The Trappist in California, Fairbar in Denmark, and Brasserie 4:20 in Rome.

As Cask 65 has continued to be used, it's future production is providing lambics for Boon's gueuze products.
