Description

Girardin Fond Gueuze Bierpallieters is a traditional gueuze blended and bottled in 2009 specifically for the Bierpallieters tasting group. It is 5% ABV and 1400 bottles were labeled and released.

History / Other Notes

Though bottled in 2009, this gueuze was released at the 20th anniversary of the Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation in 2011.

Label

The label for the Giradin Fond Gueuze Bierpallieters is thought to be a take on the old Brasserie Brabrux Van der Perre Geuze label, pictured below.

Label text translated:
This geuze is the result of an exclusive blend of fine lambic carefully selected by Brouwerij Girardin on the occasion of the 20th Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation.
