De Cam Geuzestekerij Oude Kriek De Cam is an oude kriek released sporadically in 37,5cl and 75cl bottles with an ABV of 6.5%. De Cam Oude Kriek is primarily available in Europe. Schaerbeekse cherries from Karel Goddeau's family's farms are used when they are available, however Polish cherries provided by Frank Boon are used when they are not.

Lambic matured in large 100-year old oak barrels brewed with 35% wheat, malt, and hops with 35% real cherries added. Whole cherries with the pit are added during the months-long spontaneous fermentation. Oude Kriek is spontaneously fermented in the bottle, is not pasteurized, and unsweetened.
