Description
3 Fonteinen Perzik Geel is a blend of approximately 2-year-old lambic with yellow peaches released in 750 mL bottles. The first blend was released using the Red Heaven variety of peaches, though others may be used in the future. It is listed as 6.3% ABV.
History / Other Notes
Perzik Geel (along with Perzik Wit) is the result of result of some of the Speling van het Lot (Twist of Fate) experiments coming to full production. It was released in the late summer/early fall of 2019.
