This is one of two releases in rum barrels filled together, the second one being Jamaican rum. The Trinidad version is more mellowed with notes of raisins soaked in rum, brown sugar and toffee while the lambic base is still very present. The Jamaica version is displaying intense and rich notes of dark caramel, molasses, vanilla and spices at the moment of its release, putting the barrel characteristics forward.
