== Description ==
Cantillon Manzanilla is a 2-year-old lambic aged in a single manzanilla sherry barrel. Roughly 500-700 bottles were produced.
== History / Other Notes ==
This beer was made in collaboration with [http://callejuela.es/ Bodega Callejuela] and was served at the [[Cantillon_Quintessence|Quintessence]] event in April 2022 and at a few occasions at the Cantillon bar.
Though the word ''manzanilla'' is Spanish for ''chamomile'', it is also the name of a style of sherry that is produced in a similar way as fino sherry (white, dry and nutty), and there is no chamomile present.
