	There is nothing quite like summer such as munching on blackberries, freshly picked from a bush on a hot August day, while walking through the country side. Our blackberries are homegrown just a short ten minute walk from the brewery. We usually harvest during the first weeks of August when the berries are just ripe, exploding with flavor and sugars, a perfect sweet sour balance.
