This comes with some advantages. One of them is that we grow several of our ingredients ourselves, and it tends to happen that you find yourself with some leftover produce. So what do you do, if you have several hundred kg of blueberries which you cannot sell anymore? The brewers in us immediately think: "Is it farfetched to mix it with our lambic?"
