In this time, it was possible to get free postcards. And one of those postcards was with Brussels sprouts. And we were a bit drunk, and a friend of mine told me “you never used Brussels sprouts”. And I told him “I will do it”. And one week or two later, I made that experiment, very small, 20 or 30 liters. A blend of lambic with Brussels sprouts. If you like Brussels sprouts, it was nice.
