	In the fall of 2012, Raymond De Saegher came up with the idea of starting a small hobby brewery~~. From that brewery you can~~ promote regional products from the Pajottenland, do food ~~pairing (the right beer with the right dish)~~, and above all have a lot of fun brewing craft beer.		In the fall of 2012, Raymond De Saegher came up with the idea of starting a small hobby brewery, aiming to promote regional products from the Pajottenland, create food pairings, and above all, have a lot of fun brewing craft beer.

	Soon there were 3 other candidates to start the project: Geert Van Dorsselaer, Gert Wauters and Frederiek Bouljon. This has resulted in the name 4Pajot. In April 2013, we brewed together for the first time. Raymond and Frederiek already had extensive experience as technicians in beer fermentation, through training at COOVI-CERIA in Anderlecht. Gert has experience as a bio-engineer. Geert is more specialized in technology, automation and recently ~~also~~ as a stainless steel processor.
