3 Fonteinen Aardbei Bio Aardbeien is a lambic macerated with organic strawberries, at a final ratio of 658 grams of strawberries per liter of lambic (100% 3 Fonteinen brewed). It is bottled in 750 mL format and listed as 5.8% ABV.

==History / Other Notes==

Early in the process, the beer is obtained by macerating hand-picked strawberries in young traditional lambic, at a ratio of one kilogram of strawberries per liter of traditional lambic. The fruit lambic is then further assembled with young lambic, if necessary, and everything is bottled, allowing fermentation to continue in the bottle. Natural fruit, without the addition
of juices, syrups, or sugars. Unfiltered and unpasteurized.
