Description
Bokke Vlierbloesem is lambic macerated on fresh elderflowers from a local nature reserve. It was produced on multiple occasions, with configurations being slightly different each time.
Batch 1 (2014) consists of fresh elderflowers picked in a local nature reserve, cold maceration on a blend of lambics for only a few days. Only a tiny bit of young lambic added to spark a little bottle fermentation. Labeled as Elderflower Lambic, Vlierbloesemlambiek or Hyldeblomst Lambik (Danish).
Batch 2 (2017) consists of 1- and 2-year-old muscaris pomace lambic with fresh elderflowers from a local nature reserve.
Batch 3 (2018) consists of 2-year-old lambic with fresh elderflowers from a local nature reserve. Bottled December 2018.
