De Cam Geuzestekerij Oude Lambiek De Cam is a blend of three-year old lambic released sporadically in 75cl 750ml bottles. The ABV varies by release but is generally between 5% and 6.5% ABV.

Though bottles from 1997 have been listed on the [[Akkurat]] menu, the earliest verified bottle of Oude Lambiek De Cam has a bottling date of 2000 and is listed with an ABV of labeled as 6.5%ABV. Bottles from 2000, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2009, and 2012 are also known to exist. Bottles from the 2003 and 2012 vintage vintages have been for sale in the United States and were imported through Vanberg & DeWulf.
