Gueuzerie Tilquin is a gueuzerie (gueuze blendery) founded Founded by Pierre Tilquin in early 2009 , Gueuzerie Tilquin is a blendery located in the Bierghes, a town approximately 30 kilometers south-east of BierghesBrussels. Tilquin is the only lambic blender in the French -speaking Walloon, southern region of Wallonia. It opened its doors to the public in the summer of 2011.
