According to Jean, during Arrogant Sour Fest in May 2019, they were tasting orange wine from Radikon with Andrea Rubbi, owner of the natural wine bar L'Ortica in Bologna. "It was impressive because the wine was so close to Lambic. Andrea is friend with Sasa Radikon and I asked him if I could contact the winemaker. Sasa accepted the collaboration and brought himself the vinacce (pomace)."
For the Racine sur Lie, 5 liters of fine lees were added to a single barrel of the lambic that was maturing as [[Cantillon_Racine|Racine]]. It was bottled without any additional blending. The label is a colorized version of the label produced by AmmoAmo and while the coloring is reminiscent of the Union Union Saint Gilloise football team, it is actually an homage to another Radikon bottling, the Radikon Risvera, which had a similarly colored label.
Both Racine and Racine sur Lie were briefly sold to-go in 2021 from the brewery as well as several retailers.
