The Boelekewis Grill-Resto is located near Huizingen Castle in Dworp serving traditional Belgian food and beer. Run by Joffrey Heymans and Bart Roose, Boelekewis has an extensive menu of bottled (http://www.boelekewis.be/BoelekeGeuze.html) and young lambic offerings. Additionally, many dishes are prepared with lambic.
