According to its label, Akkurat's Oude Geuze 50/50 is a blend of three year old Boon lambic with one year old Lindemans lambic.

Unsubstantiated Stories

There are discussions on Ratebeer {1} indicating that Armand had extra, unlabeled bottles of Cuvée J&J Roze that he sent to Akkurat which were labeled Akkurat's Oude Geuze 50/50. While Akkurat has confirmed that Oude Geuze 50/50 was not a unique blend make specifically for Akkurat, its origin as J&J Roze has not been confirmed as there is some confusion about the blend. Specifically, Akkurat's Oude Geuze 50/50 is labeled as a blend of three year old Boon and one year old Lindemans while J&J Rose is a blend of three year old Girardin with one year old Boon. Research is ongoing.
