Eylenbosch Cherry of Eden
Description
Eylenbosch Cherry of Eden is a collaboration beer with Alvinne brewery, made from 50% cherry lambic from Eylenbosch and 50% Chain Reaction (blond sour ale inspired by lambic, using 40% wheat) from Alvinne infused with fig leaves, aged together in a Châteauneuf-du-Pape wine foeder. It is non-filtered, unpasterized and bottled in 375ml and 75cl format at 5.8% ABV.
