Boon Vat 16 Monoblend is a geuze containing lambic from foeder #16 brewed on january 9th, 2017 and bottled on april 19th, 2021. It was released in 375 mL bottles and is labeled as 8% ABV. It was released in a "VAT Discovery Box" along with bottles of Vat 59 Monoblend, Vat 93 Monoblend, and Vat 122 Monoblend, and a tasting manual.

History / Other Notes

Foeder (VAT) n°16 was originally a beer barrel, later used for Rhône red wines before arriving in Boon's cellar in 2005. It is usually used to mature beer for 3 to 4 years.
