Het Boerenerf Oloroso
Description
Boerenerf's first still lambic, in the twilight between lambic and wine. This two-year-old lambic rested in an Oloroso Sherry cask over 30 years old, where it developed its deep, vinous character. When blending Lambic'ado, a portion of the barrels planned for the blend was chosen to be bottled by itself as it was because of its exceptional character, displaying the essence of both traditions, the lambic and the wine.
