Bofkont From Canada With Love is a blend of 1, 2 and 3-year-old lambic aged in the barrel used for I love the smell of maple in the morning (ex-bourbon barrel that contained maple syrup, and then lambic aged on sour cherries) immediatly after emptying it, then blended again with lambic aged in a moscatel wine barrel.
