Overview
Den Herberg is a lambic producer, but also a café. It's located in the Pajottenland, in the southwest of Brussels. Its name is in fact a Flemish synonym for a café or bar. The beer menu has a good selection of gueuze and kriek of other producers, as well as their own produced lambic and non lambic beers. The family owned business, founded by Bart Devillé and Ann Heremans in 2007, attracts locals from all ages and hosts a lot of events throughout the year. De Lambikstoempers handed out first price to Den Herberg for best local lambic café in 2018.
