Description

Cantillon Hopduvel 10 jaar Framboos is a special respberry lambic bottled for the Hopduvel Pub's (now closed) 10th anniversary in 1990 using lambic from 1987 that was fruited in 1989. It contained 250kg of raspberries in a single 650l barrel. Jean Pierre Van Roy described these as a predecessor to the current Lou Pepe series[1]. The beer is briefly referenced in the three links provided below. The original price for this beer is listed as 100 Belgian Francs, or about $2.92 USD for a 37,5cl in June of 1994.[2]
