Description

Lindemans Gueuze is a filtered, pasteurized and sweetened gueuze. It is labeled as 4.5% ABV and released in 25cl, 37,5cl, and 75cl bottles.

History / Other Notes

Lindemans Gueuze has been available since 1978 and is a "one year old lambic that is slightly sweet making the gueuze more appealing to a wider audience."[1] Since 2012, all sweetened Lindemans beers are sweetened with the natural sweetener Stevia. Before 2012 they were sweetened with Acesulfame K. Before bottling, the sweetened beers are put through a centrifuge for filtration.[2]
