Its name "Den Herberg" is in fact a Flemish synonym for a café or bar.The beer menu has a good selection of gueuze and kriek of from various producers, as well as their own lambic and non-lambic beers.The family owned business, founded by Bart Devillé and Ann Heremans in 2007, attracts locals of all ages and hosts a lot of many events throughout the year.[[De Lambikstoempers]] handed out first prize to Den Herberg for best local lambic café in 2018. Also in 2018, Den Herberg first debuted an 18 month-old Oude Lambiek. Later in 2020, they debuted Oude Geuze Devillé.
