==Overview==
Den Herberg is a lambic producer, but also a café. It's located in the Pajottenland, in the southwest of Brusselsin Buizingen.
Its name is in fact a Flemish synonym for a café or bar.
The beer menu has a good selection of gueuze and kriek of other various producers, as well as their own produced lambic and non -lambic beers.The family owned business, founded by Bart Devillé and Ann Heremans in 2007, attracts locals from of all ages and hosts a lot of events throughout the year.[[De Lambikstoempers]] handed out first price prize to Den Herberg for best local lambic café in 2018.
