Zwanze 2018 was created in recognition of Jean's passion from barrels that had original been purchased to fill the new warehouse for Italian and natural winesexpanded production. Barrel Sangiovese, Amarone, and Chianti barrels were used in the blend information is listed below with lambic from Cantillonthe 2015/2016 season. The Amarone barrels were willed with wort in December 2015 and the Chianti and Sangiovese barrels were filled with wort in January 2016.
