Pouckie Blended
Overview
Pouckie Blended is a small scale blending project by Bart Vanboucke, owner of the De Struise beer shop in Bruges. In 2025, only 4 blends have been confirmed, a Geuze, and 3 fruit lambics : with peach, blueberry, and raspberry.
The list of producers confirmed to be used by Pouckie Blended in his blends are : Lambiek Fabriek, De Troch, Lindemans, Den Herberg.

- Pouckie Geuze - abv. 6,5% - 75cl - Blend of 80% 3 year-old lambic from Den Herberg; 10% 1-year-old lambic from De Troch & 10% 1-year-old lambic from Lindemans.
- Pouckie Blauwbes - abv. 6,5% - 75cl - Blend of 20% 3 year-old lambic from Lindemans; 60% 3 year-old old lambic from Den Herberg & 20% 1 year-old lambic from Lindemans macerated w/ 600gr/L of Blueberries.
