Eylenbosch Whisky Symphony Gueuze (initially called "Whisky Lambiek" as an experiment and poured still at In de Verzekering Tegen de Grote Dorst) is a blend of lambics with an average age of 3-year-old aged on whisky barrels for an extra 8 months. It is non-filtered, unpasterized and bottled in 375ml and 75cl format at 8.5% ABV.
