During the previous year, it became more and more difficult to organize Zwanze Day in September as grape harvest happened earlier and earlier in each region due to global warming. Since grapes are a big part of the fruits used at Cantillon, the team needs to be ready to receive and use deliveries around that time, and everything can happen very quickly. For this reason, Zwanze Day 2023 couldn't happen and a decision was made to move the date to late April/early May evey other year (alternating with Quintessence).
