Biir is a brewery in Spain that produces a variety of IPAs and other craft beers. One of their partners, Gunther Bensch, has worked around lambic for many years. In 2014 Biir released two lambic blends, a kriek and a gueuze. It is unclear who's what base lambic is being used in this initiative.

Lambics are Lambic beer is a traditional Belgian style, made exclusively in the Zenne Valley, combined beer with a combination of red fruits to get a exclusive unique and balanced sour and sweet taste. It is made exclusively in the Zenne Valley.
