Oude Quetsche Tilquin à L'Ancienne is a lambic with a variety of plums that are added to one and two year old lambic for a period of four months. The resulting lambic is blended with wort from [[Brouwerij Boon|Boon]], [[Brouwerij Lindemans|Lindemans]], [[Brouwerij Girardin|Girardin]], and [[Brasserie Cantillon|Cantillon]] is 6.4% alcohol by volume. With the exception of the first batch where the lambic spent 6 months on the fruit, all future batches spent 4 months on fruit. The final product is blended with lambic to a final concentration of 250g/l of plums.
==Plum Varieties==
* Batch 1 (2011-2012) - Made with fresh prunes de Namur (Belgium), limited to 500 bottles and sold with a 1 bottle per person limit at the brewery only. The lambic spent 6 months on the fruit.
